- Collaborate on refining task details and descriptions for developers.
- Ensure that all developed functionality meets our quality standards.
- Work closely with developers to establish necessary coverage for automated tests, including unit and integration tests.
- Define coverage requirements for end-to-end (e2e) tests and implement them.
- Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure adequate coverage.
- Create test plans to guide developers in checking the functionality they build.
- Make informed product decisions within your area of responsibility.
- Participate in refining and updating the QA process to align with best practices.

The ideal candidate should possess the following relevant experience:

- Proficiency in writing test plans.
- Experience writing automated tests in JavaScript using Puppeteer.
- Knowledge or experience in trading will be advantageous.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar QA position.

Our team follows a flexible workflow combining elements of scrum and kanban, with a relaxed level of formality. While we have a small dedicated QA team, engineers also engage in testing their work. The team operates fully remotely, with members scattered across locations from Argentina to Ukraine. Proficiency in both English and Russian is essential for effective communication in this role.
