Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

Bring the goods to the Boxberry branch, where shipments of individuals are accepted. You must have a passport with you.

How do I find the right branch?

Using the card on the Boxberry website. Use the "Send package" filter. Only those branches where you can make a shipment will remain on the map.
Using the Boxberry mobile app. It is enough to select the "Branches" tab and use the "Sending a parcel" filter.
Step 4

Give the packed parcel to the operator of the branch and name the number of the electronic invoice. You can use your own packaging or get branded packaging in the Boxberry branch for free.

Step 5

Track the departure route in the mobile app or in your personal account. As soon as the parcel is delivered to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification about it.

How does delivery work for the buyer

Place an order and select the pick-up point
Pay for the order. The payment amount is blocked for the period of the transaction.
Track the path of the parcel in your personal account or the Boxberry mobile app. As soon as the package is delivered to your city, you will receive a notification about it.
When you receive the parcel, check its contents. If the product does not suit you, it can be immediately sent back to the seller.

How to receive a parcel at the Boxberry branch


To receive an order, you need to have a passport with you.
You can check the order at the Boxberry branch within 15 minutes.
Carefully inspect the product and packaging. If you notice any damage or the product does not suit you, you can cancel the order.
If you are not ready to accept the goods, go to a service employee: he will help you draw up a refusal certificate.
Remember that when issuing your shipment, the employees of the Boxberry pick-up point do not check the operability of the goods, do not include the goods in the power grid, do not consult about the technical properties and principles of operation of the goods
