B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and build a lead generation engine for our sales team. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand and support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Drive awareness of our brand and services among real estate professionals through engaging content such as webinars, email newsletters, blog & social media posts, etc.
Research, design, and implement marketing activities to drive b2b-leads
Generate quality inbound demand(MQLs) through different growth strategies
Partner with the sales team to ensure leads convert into closed deals and revenue
Optimize lead generation landing pages to improve conversion rates
Organize and coordinate go-to-market activities for new professional products on the platform
Develop partnerships with external stakeholders and industry leaders to expand our reach
Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of marketing campaigns

Who we are looking for:
Fluent English
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications, or other related fields
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or platform business models
Rapid problem-solver that can pivot quickly when necessary
High energy with an outgoing personality and great attitude
It is desirable to be able to use Tableau, Mixpanel, or other analytics platform
Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
