JamesEdition has over a million visitors monthly, close to half a million newsletter subscribers, and hundreds of thousands of followers on social media channels.

This role focuses on executing to reach maximum engagement within our audience by producing high-quality content related to global luxury real estate.

Your responsibilities will be to:

Produce high-quality editorial pieces focused on international luxury real estate.
Manage and guide freelance content creators.
Edit and optimize content to maximize engagement, from fine-tuning images to crafting impactful captions.
Oversee daily operations of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, by developing a content calendar and executing posts.
Actively engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages and interacting with significant client accounts.
Update the site with weekly features and curate top homes for showcasing.
Craft copy for websites, landing pages, and email templates.
Lead email marketing campaigns.
Formulate and implement PR strategies, prepare luxury reports, and liaise with media to boost visibility.
Conduct regular industry benchmarking to identify and adopt best practices.
Assist our clients in developing and publishing their content and social media posts.
Monitor and analyze monthly social media, PR, and content marketing engagement, making necessary strategic adjustments.


Skills & Requirements
What we would like to see from you:

Minimum five years of experience in branding, content marketing, and social media management.
Strong interest and knowledge in real estate and serving a high-end clientele.
Demonstrated creativity with meticulous attention to detail.
Robust experience in content production, spanning ideation to distribution.
Proficient in designing and enhancing content presentation, preferably imagery, video, and audio.
Must present a strong portfolio showing content creation and social media expertise.
Experienced with email marketing tools and platforms.
Experienced in using CMS and CRM tools like WordPress and Hubspot.
Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects and setting realistic expectations and timelines.
