- Работа с входящей и исходящей линией связи;
- Предоставление консультационной поддержки сотрудникам агентства;
- Прием и оформление заказов на такси, координация работы службы такси, отправка SMS-уведомлений и ведение отчетности по заказам;
- Планирование и организация работы штатных водителей агентства;
- Диспетчеризация хозяйственных заявок, поступающих от структурных подразделений, и координация действий внутренних служб;
- Мониторинг и контроль электронной почты, своевременная обработка и передача всех поступающих писем и запросов;
- Прием и отправка факсов;
- Отправка SMS-рассылок по запросу и формирование отчетности по запросу;
- Предложения по улучшению эффективности работы группы обработки звонков.
Требования:
- Высшее образование;
- Опыт работы в Call center;
- Умение работать в условиях многозадачности;
- Грамотная письменная и устная речь;
- Хорошие коммуникативные навыки;
- Стрессоустойчивость;
- Знание CRM-системы;
- Владение английским языком не ниже уровня intermediate.
